• Designed and developed an IT Dashboard where the data is generated in a ‘report’ style such as graphs (pie and bar chart) and also in a data table which the data is filtered using a data filtration function

  • The system can also saved the report into pdf files
  • Improved the work rate of the staffs by 50% where they can check the outstanding and overdue tasks easily by making a selection
• Designed and coded a Real-Time IT Dashboard for IT Division that displays on the monitor where the staffs can view new tasks in real-time
  • Sound notification whenever new task added
  • The new task will be automatically send to Telegram group (a bot and an API token of group is a must)

• Implemented a Telegram Notification feature that notify the users on new alert in a Telegram channel (where the new alert data is from a newly submitted alert from the existing system) using a Telegram API
• Designed and implemented interface in the existing system with CRUD operation where the user can modify the API token for each user
• Improved the productivity of the staffs by 60% which they can view the new alert at their fingertips
